Contacting us by email gives us a written copy of your Genie Number and request and allows us to forward the problem, in your own words, to our technical support if required.

Be sure to include your Genie Number and as much detail as necessary. We will normally respond to Email inquires within 4 hours to 24 hours, during normal business hours.

You can reach Customer Service by phoning your own Genie Number. Just press zero (0) as soon as the call is answered.

You can also reach Customer Service toll free by calling 877-233-7300.

Customer Service is also available as a local call through the International Public Access Numbers, in over 5,000 cities, in forty countries, on five continents. Simply click here, call the city local to you, and press 0 as soon as your call is answered.
